We want you to be completely satisfied with your Qwik Flosser purchase. If you have any issues or concerns, our return policy is designed to provide a hassle-free solution.

Satisfaction Guarantee: If you are not satisfied with your Qwik Flosser purchase, you may request a return it within 30 days from the date of purchase for a full refund. To be eligible for a return, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.


How to Initiate a Return:
  1. Contact our Customer Support team at support@nvena.com to initiate the return process.
  2. Please provide your order number
  3. Provide Product to be returned along with a brief description of the reason for the return.
  4. Ship the return package to the address provided by our Customer Support team.
Refund Process: Once we receive and inspect the returned Qwik Flosser, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a defect in the product or an error on our part. Return postage is not included, but if you’d like a prepaid shipping label, we can issue one and deduct the cost from your refund: standard shipping costs will apply. 
Exchanges: If you need to exchange your Qwik Flosser for a different model or color, please contact our Customer Support team to arrange the exchange. Additional charges may apply for certain exchanges.
Damaged or Defective Items: In the rare event that your Qwik Flosser arrives damaged or is defective, please contact our Customer Support team immediately for assistance.
